Known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, the company operates state-of-the-art facilities that provide a clean, modern, and efficient work environment. Uline's workplace culture emphasizes respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement, cultivating an atmosphere where employees can thrive and build rewarding careers. The California Branch located at 4810 South Hellman Avenue, Ontario, CA 91762, is one of Uline's key sites, equipped with first-class amenities such as a fitness center and a nearby walking path to promote wellness among staff.

This opportunity is for the position of Customer Service Management Trainee at Uline's California Branch. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $29 to $34, with significant growth and earning potential as trainees develop their skills within the company. The position operates on a 2nd shift schedule, providing an engaging and dynamic work environment in a top-tier call center.

The Customer Service Management Trainee program is designed to empower emerging leaders by providing comprehensive hands-on training in all aspects of customer service management. The role involves managing team performance by setting clear goals, conducting evaluations, and offering constructive feedback to foster professional growth. Additionally, trainees participate in reviewing internal procedures and standards to identify and implement areas for improvement that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

In addition to developing management competencies, the role offers a chance to work closely with experienced leaders, gaining insights into the company's strategy and culture. Uline values innovation and commitment, and as a management trainee, you will contribute to maintaining the company’s high standards and customer-centric approach. The position is ideal for motivated individuals with a bachelor’s degree, a strong customer service background, and leadership aspirations wishing to advance their careers in a supportive, professional setting.

Uline supports employee growth through robust benefits including complete health insurance starting from day one, a 401(k) plan with a 6% employer match, and multiple bonus programs. Paid holidays and generous paid time off support work-life balance, while the Tuition Assistance Program offers financial support for professional education. Employees also benefit from an excellent workplace environment featuring clean facilities and wellness amenities.

At Uline, the focus is on building career paths packed with potential and supported by the stability of a well-established company with a 45-plus-year history of success. The organization's drug-free policy requires all new hires to undergo pre-employment hair follicle drug screening, ensuring a safe and productive workplace. The company proudly positions itself as an Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer dedicated to veterans and individuals with disabilities.
