Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be fluent in English for English positions
- bilingual fluency in Spanish and English for bilingual positions
- excellent communication skills
- strong problem-solving capabilities
- prior customer service experience is a plus
- availability for on-site work
- successful completion of pre-employment hair follicle drug screening

Job Duties
- Process customer orders using world-class technology

- understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions
- help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering
