The Texas Branch located in Irving, TX, is currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Department Manager to join their dynamic team. This full-time on-site role offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 per year. The position plays a vital role in managing and overseeing the daily activities of various customer service departments, ensuring the highest standards of customer care are met. As a Bilingual Customer Service Department Manager, you will be responsible for training team leads to build high-performing teams, evaluating team procedures to identify areas for improvement, and reviewing performance reports with the goal of increasing operational efficiency.

Fluency in both English and Spanish, in verbal and written forms, is critical to success in this role. You will serve as a key leader who can resolve escalated customer issues promptly and effectively, continuing Uline’s legacy of excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of customer service management experience and demonstrated ability to coach and develop employees to maximize their potential.
