The Texas Branch in Irving, TX, is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Department Manager to join the team with a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 per year. This is a full-time, on-site position that plays a crucial role in maintaining Uline’s legendary customer service. The Customer Service Department Manager will be responsible for overseeing several customer service teams, ensuring that each operates efficiently, and that customers receive outstanding support. This role requires a hands-on leader who can empower Team Leads and foster a positive, high-performing team environment. The manager will also be responsible for coaching staff, handling escalated customer issues, and continuously seeking improvements in departmental processes.
