This position is for a Customer Service Concierge within their Melbourne MRO facility. The role is designed to enhance the on-site customer experience by providing direct support and assistance to customers visiting the maintenance facility. The Customer Service Concierge is responsible for facilitating smooth customer movement throughout the facility—covering arrivals, meetings, and departures—while ensuring adherence to safety and security protocols. This role demands a professional, courteous demeanor and requires the flexibility to assist with a variety of customer needs, including answering questions, coordinating amenities, and effectively triaging concerns to relevant internal teams. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background checks and security clearances
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle customer needs effectively
- Willingness to comply with safety and security protocols
Job Qualifications
- Professional image and positive, customer-service-oriented attitude
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, concierge, or front-office support
- Active and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass MLB Airport badging background process
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in an aviation, MRO, or regulated environment preferred
- Experience supporting on-site customer visits or concierge-type roles preferred
- Bilingual preferred: Spanish and/or Portuguese
Job Duties
- Support customer movement throughout the facility, including arrivals, escorts, meetings, and departures, in compliance with safety and security requirements
- Provide a professional, welcoming on-site presence for customers during maintenance visits
- Serve as a point of support for customers, addressing general questions and directing concerns to the appropriate internal teams
- Assist with coordination of customer amenities, conference rooms, transportation, and visit-related logistics
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to support a smooth customer experience
- Observe and report safety, security, or compliance concerns as required
- Support customer events and special administrative projects as assigned
