Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation industry
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service
  • Proven ability to provide excellent customer support
  • Strong phone contact handling skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Job Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries and rate quote requests
  • Resolve all customer concerns such as billing questions, POD requests, shipment tracing
  • Accurately enter shipment bookings as requested by customers
  • Collaborate with internal departments and offices to ensure special instructions are followed
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, escalating to the appropriate team if needed
  • Coordinate shipment pickups with designated carriers
  • Provide front desk support, including greeting and assisting visitors
