Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation industry
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer support
- Strong phone contact handling skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Job Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries and rate quote requests
- Resolve all customer concerns such as billing questions, POD requests, shipment tracing
- Accurately enter shipment bookings as requested by customers
- Collaborate with internal departments and offices to ensure special instructions are followed
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, escalating to the appropriate team if needed
- Coordinate shipment pickups with designated carriers
- Provide front desk support, including greeting and assisting visitors
