The role of Customer Service Associate (Lounger) at Scissors & Scotch is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, interactive setting. This position acts as the central hub of operations, responsible for managing appointments, greeting and engaging clients, and supporting both the grooming and bar teams. It is a hybrid role that combines elements of bartender and front desk receptionist with a strong emphasis on customer interaction. This ensures a smooth workflow for barbers and stylists while providing an elevated client experience.

In this role, you will be the go-to person for scheduling appointments efficiently to maximize the daily flow of services. You will greet clients with a warm welcome, offer signature craft drinks and coffee, and manage check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. Your communication skills will be key in maintaining an open line between grooming staff and clients, addressing any concerns promptly and ensuring satisfaction.

Because the Lounger also runs the bar during slower periods, having a TABC certification to serve alcohol is necessary. Your ability to craft drinks and keep the lounge atmosphere inviting and comfortable will enhance client enjoyment and encourage repeat visits.
