Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for most of the shift up to 98 percent
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to bend, walk, and occasionally lift 15 to 50 lbs
- Comfort working near moving equipment in a loud environment
- Commitment to following the company’s Appearance Policy
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude
- Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn equipment maintenance
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Duties
- Greet every customer with eye contact and a smile
- Help customers understand and maximize the value of our Unlimited Wash Pass
- Support site operations through safety checks, equipment monitoring, and basic preventative maintenance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming site environment
- Stay engaged and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented shift
- Participate in training, coaching, and continuous development opportunities
