Job Duties

  • Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience
  • registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
  • engages customers and patients by greeting and offering assistance with products and services
  • resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure positive experiences
  • shares customer service best practices with team members
  • provides fast and efficient service
  • recommends items for sale including trade-up and companion products
  • processes transactions including voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges
  • maintains clean and well-merchandised counters and shelves
  • takes inventory and maintains records
  • checks in and prices merchandise
  • implements asset protection procedures
  • ensures compliance with state and local laws for regulated products
  • constructs and maintains displays including promotional and seasonal
  • assists with food item separation and stock rotation
  • operates store systems and equipment
  • provides customer service in the photo area
  • manages web pick-up orders
  • assists with store maintenance and cleanliness
  • complies with company policies and maintains respectful coworker relationships
  • completes special assignments as assigned
