Sherwin-Williams is a leading global company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of paints, coatings, and related products. With a mission to inspire and improve the world by coloring and protecting what matters, Sherwin-Williams has built a strong reputation for excellence in both product quality and customer service. The company operates a wide network of branches across the country, providing innovative solutions to professionals and DIY enthusiasts alike. Known for its commitment to employee development and well-being, Sherwin-Williams offers a supportive and inclusive work environment where individuals can grow and thrive. This particular role is based at the Automotive Branch #9705 located at 416 Hudiburg Circle, Oklahoma City, OK 73108, offering a part-time position with a schedule aligned to the branch's operating hours from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Specific working hours will be determined based on business needs and are subject to change.

The Customer Service Associate role at Sherwin-Williams is designed for individuals who excel in customer interaction, logistical support, and product handling. This position carries significant responsibility for the timely and safe delivery of products to customers from Sherwin-Williams branches using company vans or pick-up trucks. The associate ensures that deliveries are accurate, complete, and correctly packed to meet customer satisfaction and organizational standards. Beyond delivery duties, the role involves receiving and preparing orders by efficiently moving, loading, and unloading products. The Customer Service Associate also provides crucial customer service both in person and over the phone, addressing inquiries and assisting customers with their needs. Inventory monitoring and operating specialized equipment such as color retrieval and paint mixing machines are additional key functions of the job, requiring attention to detail and compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Working at Sherwin-Williams means joining a company that values the stability and growth of its employees. The company invests in its people by offering rewards, benefits, and flexible work options that enhance health and well-being. Employees have opportunities for career progression through learning and skill development. The company culture promotes connection and inclusivity, fostering a team environment committed to both internal and broader community support. For the Customer Service Associate, this translates into a workplace where your contributions to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency are recognized and where you can build a meaningful career while maintaining a balanced life. Sherwin-Williams is an equal employment opportunity employer and welcomes candidates from diverse backgrounds, ensuring a fair hiring process free from discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, disability, age, or any other protected status. This role requires a background review given the handling of cash, access to personal information, and unsupervised customer interactions, emphasizing the company's commitment to safety and integrity. Aspiring candidates are encouraged to engage with Sherwin-Williams' comprehensive application process, including online application, digital video interview, and in-store interview stages, designed to select qualified individuals who will uphold the company's high standards.
