As a Customer Service Associate (CSA) at Wawa, you will serve as the welcoming face of the company, responsible for delivering outstanding service that reflects the Wawa brand’s commitment to excellence. Job Duties
- Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously
- Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas and keep the coffee station clean and organized
- Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products
- Ensure stores are well-stocked and shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting
- Help keep stores clean and safe by following all established policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash
