Job Requirements
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Flexible availability including late nights
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or entertainment environment preferred
- Ability to operate POS systems
- Basic knowledge of food safety and handling (for Food and Beverage roles)
- Mechanical aptitude for Facilities Mechanic role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Operate POS registers for game card sales and prize redemptions
- Maintain arcade and redemption inventory
- Keep game floor clean, stocked, and welcoming
- Perform open and close procedures and assist guests as needed
- Assign bowling lanes, lend equipment, support in-store bowling promotions
- Prepare and serve food and drinks, operate POS systems in food service
- Keep store clean including restrooms, furniture, and arcade areas
- Maintain and repair bowling, arcade, and Spo-Cha equipment
- Complete preventive maintenance as scheduled
- Perform opening and closing procedures (restocking, cleaning, setup)
- Monitor games and report issues
- Assist guests with games and general questions
- Process sales, handle reservations, support parties and events
- Restock prizes and arcade supplies
- Answer basic guest inquiries
