The role offered is a full-time Customer Service Associate position, designed for those passionate about gaming and customer interaction. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have experience with various game types including board games, miniatures games, roleplaying games, and collectible card games (CCGs). This position requires excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to locate answers and solve problems effectively with general direction. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as is an outgoing personality that makes customers feel comfortable and valued.
The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and orders through multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and in-person. They will represent Noble Knight to the highest professional standards through excellent customer service. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with keen attention to detail. The role primarily involves a first shift from Tuesday through Saturday, with some weekend days required. Flexible shift possibilities including first or second shift may be accommodated.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience preferred
- Experience in call center environments preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer skills including typing and adapting to new software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Trustworthy and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a storefront setting
- Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday with some weekend days

Job Duties
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested
- Handle customer service emails including customer issues, questions, and item/inventory inquiries
- Answer phone calls and manage customer orders, payments, questions, and concerns
- Respond to snail mail and perform other customer service tasks
- Provide excellent customer service across all communication platforms including in-store, phone, email, and written
- Maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced office environment
