Job Duties

  • Performs teller transactions as defined by the bank
  • balances cashbox daily to ensure transaction accuracy and notifies supervisor regarding any discrepancies
  • participates in the rotation of vault duties including daily vault balancing
  • researches, troubleshoots and resolves basic external and internal customer inquiries
  • answers incoming calls verifying caller identity and determines needs to resolve concerns efficiently
  • advises customers about additional bank services or programs and updates tracking systems accordingly
  • assists customers with account maintenance as defined by management
  • supports other departments and branches with transactions and customer requests
  • maintains stringent customer service confidentiality standards
  • performs other duties as assigned
  • participates in team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
  • complies with applicable laws, regulations, bank policies, and safety procedures
  • reports unsafe activities to supervisor or Human Resources
