Job Duties
- Performs teller transactions as defined by the bank
- balances cashbox daily to ensure transaction accuracy and notifies supervisor regarding any discrepancies
- participates in the rotation of vault duties including daily vault balancing
- researches, troubleshoots and resolves basic external and internal customer inquiries
- answers incoming calls verifying caller identity and determines needs to resolve concerns efficiently
- advises customers about additional bank services or programs and updates tracking systems accordingly
- assists customers with account maintenance as defined by management
- supports other departments and branches with transactions and customer requests
- maintains stringent customer service confidentiality standards
- performs other duties as assigned
- participates in team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
- complies with applicable laws, regulations, bank policies, and safety procedures
- reports unsafe activities to supervisor or Human Resources
