The company is currently looking to hire Customer Service Associates for its Bowling and Events Department. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Availability on closing shifts and weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) preferred
- Ability to work in a noisy, active bowling center/arcade environment
- High level of mobility and flexibility in small spaces
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during busy times
- Ability to use hands/fingers to handle and reach
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100lbs with assistance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- One to two years' experience in hospitality, restaurant, or retail environment (preferred)
Job Duties
- Assist guests at counter and game/bowling floor
- Conducts alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies
- Conducts lost and found procedure in accordance with company policies
- Seeks constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes
- Complies and maintains the confidentiality of all company policies and procedures
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area
- Act as a host for parties and events booked (set up/break down, server during the event)
- Offers superb customer service and attention to customer needs
- Maintains cleanliness on the floor and in karaoke rooms
