Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Availability on closing shifts and weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) preferred
Ability to work in a noisy, active bowling center/arcade environment
High level of mobility and flexibility in small spaces
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during busy times
Ability to use hands/fingers to handle and reach
Ability to lift and/or move up to 100lbs with assistance

Job Qualifications

High school diploma
One to two years' experience in hospitality, restaurant, or retail environment (preferred)

Job Duties

Assist guests at counter and game/bowling floor
Conducts alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies
Conducts lost and found procedure in accordance with company policies
Seeks constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes
Complies and maintains the confidentiality of all company policies and procedures
Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area
Act as a host for parties and events booked (set up/break down, server during the event)
Offers superb customer service and attention to customer needs
Maintains cleanliness on the floor and in karaoke rooms
