Job Duties
- Engage with customers to facilitate the maintenance of accounts and guiding call traffic
- maintain a streamlined workflow for managing tickets, voicemails, reports, and call queues
- serve as an authentic voice to help resolve our customers' needs
- take calls and perform other administrative duties as assigned for the Builder Concierge Sales team
- ensure customer account information is accurate and up-to-date
- collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and sales processes
- maintain professionalism and composure during high-pressure situations
