Job Duties

  • Engage with customers to facilitate the maintenance of accounts and guiding call traffic
  • maintain a streamlined workflow for managing tickets, voicemails, reports, and call queues
  • serve as an authentic voice to help resolve our customers' needs
  • take calls and perform other administrative duties as assigned for the Builder Concierge Sales team
  • ensure customer account information is accurate and up-to-date
  • collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and sales processes
  • maintain professionalism and composure during high-pressure situations
