Auto Glass Now is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives and Retail Front Desk Associates for both experienced and entry-level candidates. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a genuine passion for helping others and can deliver outstanding customer service in a dynamic retail environment. The position is open to candidates with prior automotive industry experience, as well as those new to the field; strong potential candidates include individuals with backgrounds in retail, restaurants, call centers, auto dealerships, or any customer-facing roles. In this role, Customer Service Representatives will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, appointments, and returning clients. They will be responsible for creating detailed estimates, price quotes, and invoices related to auto glass repair and replacement services. Additional responsibilities include answering phone calls promptly, managing billing inquiries, assisting with parts ordering, and supporting managers in day-to-day operations such as parts returns. Customer Service Representatives play a crucial role in maintaining workflow accuracy, confirming job materials prior to dispatch, and ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive communication and professional demeanor.

Job Duties
- Intake and assist walk-ins, appointments, and returning customers
- Create estimates, price quotes, and invoices for auto work
- Answer phones and return customer calls
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist Manager with daily parts returns
- Ensure accuracy when ordering parts
- Input documentation on all calls and follow-up with callers as needed
- Confirm all mobile jobs parts and materials before dispatching drivers
- Open new accounts and service existing accounts
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
