Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Three plus years of experience in operations, hospitality, or security preferred
- Proficient in computer and technology use
- Strong verbal and written communication, reporting, and organization skills
- Customer service background preferred
- Must have great multi-tasking and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
- Able to remain alert and detail-oriented throughout the shift
- Willing to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check
Job Qualifications

- Excellent organizational and reporting skills

Job Duties
- Order items and assist with setup for client events
- Work with client representatives to coordinate and schedule events
- Supervise and support a team of security officers on-site
- Respond to incidents and manage emergency situations effectively
- Maintain detailed reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logs
- Communicate routine patrols and ensure proper site coverage at all times
- Provide excellent customer service and professional interaction with clients and staff
