Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Three plus years of experience in operations, hospitality, or security preferred
  • Proficient in computer and technology use
  • Strong verbal and written communication, reporting, and organization skills
  • Customer service background preferred
  • Must have great multi-tasking and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
  • Able to remain alert and detail-oriented throughout the shift
  • Willing to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Three or more years of experience in operations, hospitality, or security preferred

  • Excellent organizational and reporting skills
  • Customer service background preferred
  • Ability to multitask and maintain interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Order items and assist with setup for client events
  • Work with client representatives to coordinate and schedule events
  • Supervise and support a team of security officers on-site
  • Respond to incidents and manage emergency situations effectively
  • Maintain detailed reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logs
  • Communicate routine patrols and ensure proper site coverage at all times
  • Provide excellent customer service and professional interaction with clients and staff
