The available role is that of a Front-End Staff member, a multi-faceted position encompassing customer service, operational duties, and bartending. This position offers the opportunity to be actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the bowling center, providing a wide variety of functions to keep the center running smoothly. This is a customer-facing role that requires an individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously. The employee will be versed in greeting and guiding customers, managing the lanes, operating point of sale and scoring technology, and maintaining cleanliness in the active environment. Additionally, this role includes food and beverage service duties which require proper certification and training.
