Job Requirements
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- able to obtain Food Handler’s permit
- able to obtain Alcoholic Beverage Service permit
- able to obtain permit to write Keno
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good physical condition to manage cleaning and restocking duties
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service
- ability to operate point of sale systems
- basic bartending skills
- strong communication skills
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to multitask
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Greeting customers
- guiding and interacting with customers in a friendly manner every shift
- assigning lanes
- getting lanes for leagues started
- making change
- handing out shoes
- operating both a computer point of sale system and our electronic scoring system
- cleaning tables of garbage and glassware and wiping down surfaces
- returning bowling balls to their racks
- cleaning spills
- restocking bathrooms
- bartending
- taking customer food and drink orders
- delivering orders
