Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old
Flexible work hours and punctual attendance
Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds
Capability to stand for extended periods
Hearing in normal range to respond to auditory alarms
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company procedures
Willingness to work in somewhat confined spaces
Must be able to read and comprehend training materials

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service experience preferred but not required
Ability to maintain a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor with guests
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Effective communication skills
Ability to follow safety protocols and operating procedures
Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

Make and prepare guest orders with accuracy and efficiency
Provide a top-notch guest experience that includes friendly interactions, hot and fresh meals and a commitment to cleanliness
Contribute to the overall positive and collaborative family environment
Handle cash transactions and count cash accurately when required
Maintain safety around high temperature equipment, boiling water and hot shortening
Read menus, manuals and training aids to perform job duties effectively
Work collaboratively with coworkers in somewhat confined spaces
