Job Requirements

Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
Ability to stand for extended periods
Hearing in normal range due to auditory alarms
Manual dexterity for packing food containers and cleaning
Ability to work collaboratively in confined spaces
Commitment to punctual attendance

Ability to read menus, manuals and training aids

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service experience a plus
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
Basic math skills for cash handling
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Make and prepare guest orders with accuracy and efficiency
Provide a top-notch guest experience that includes friendly interactions, hot and fresh meals and a commitment to cleanliness
Contribute to the overall positive and collaborative family environment
Handle cash transactions and maintain cash register accuracy
Maintain safety and cleanliness standards around high temperature equipment and food preparation areas
Read and follow menus, manuals and training aids
Collaborate effectively with team members in a sometimes confined space
