- Minimum one year of prior experience with data entry or as receptionist in an office environment
- Pleasant and articulate phone voice
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Quick learner with a strong ability to retain details
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Fluent in all Microsoft Office products and data entry
- Ability to work independently in an open office environment
- Experience in a manufacturing facility

Job Duties
- Greet and assist all visitors as the Director of First Impressions
- Handle all incoming calls on a multi-line phone system and distribute calls or take messages
- Perform accurate work order data entry
- Process daily shipping paperwork and shipment tracking
- Assist customers over the phone with product questions, assembly, and orders
- Coordinate and perform filing for customer service, accounting, and purchasing departments
- Provide customer service and clerical support to other departments
- Maintain conference rooms and perform other duties as assigned
