Job Requirements

- Ability to work in person at the office on Tuesday and Wednesday
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Experience with computerized record-keeping systems
- Availability to work day shifts

Job Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person

- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Document customer interactions and maintain organized records in our computerized system
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while communicating with clients
- Identify opportunities for improving customer service processes
