The role of a part-time Customer Relations Associate at Servco Lexus Honolulu Pre-Owned is essential to the overall customer experience. This position requires an individual who excels at creating a warm, friendly, and professional atmosphere by greeting all walk-in customers and making them feel comfortable as soon as they enter the dealership. The Customer Relations Associate is the face of the dealership, responsible for welcoming guests, handling inquiries, and accurately documenting daily activities related to customer interactions and dealership operations.
This role involves a variety of duties such as reviewing the dealership calendar to stay informed about appointments and deliveries, generating floor activity reports, and maintaining accurate logs of customer visits and floor traffic. The Associate also handles incoming phone calls, directs them appropriately, and ensures that the showroom and work areas uphold a high standard of professional appearance. The work schedule is part-time, focusing on Saturdays and occasional weekdays, with a pay range from $15.55 to $19.36 per hour.
Ideal candidates will be skilled in customer service, proficient in Microsoft Excel, and capable of typing at least 35 words per minute. Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- minimum 6 months of customer service, receptionist and/or clerical experience
- must be able to type 35 wpm

Job Duties
- Greets and assists customers in a professional and friendly manner upon entrance into the dealership
- reviews dealership calendar daily to be aware of scheduled appointments and deliveries
- generates floor activity reports
- provide customer service which may include greeting and directing customers, obtaining contact information, and documenting vehicle mileage
- ensure timely and accurate recording of customer and floor traffic information into daily log
- answer incoming phone calls and direct calls or relay messages to appropriate parties
- maintain professional appearance of showroom and work area
