Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of customer service, receptionist and/or clerical experience
- Must be able to type 35 wpm
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Dedication to customer service excellence

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner upon entrance into the dealership
- Review dealership calendar daily to be aware of scheduled appointments and deliveries
- Generate floor activity reports
- Provide customer service including greeting and directing customers, obtaining contact information, and documenting vehicle mileage
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of customer and floor traffic information into daily log
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls or relay messages to appropriate parties
- Maintain professional appearance of showroom and work area
