Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of mechanical experience in aviation, with exposure to turbine engines preferred
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience, working across internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency with Salesforce (CRM) and Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and MS Project
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment without direct authority
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Ability to work on-site in support of engine maintenance operations
Job Qualifications

- Proven customer relationship management and conflict resolution capabilities
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Strong business and financial acumen, including aviation billing, cost controls, and contract compliance
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, OEM suppliers, MSP administrators, and internal production teams throughout the TFE731 maintenance lifecycle
- Manage engine maintenance programs for up to 30 active customers, ensuring consistent communication, on-time delivery, and high service quality
- Establish operational objectives, project plans, and execution strategies aligned with contractual and performance goals
- Develop, manage, and track project schedules, budgets, labor targets, material requirements, and Contract Change Orders (CCOs)
- Monitor project performance using control systems and reporting tools to proactively identify risks and drive corrective actions
- Coordinate technical activities across production, engineering, procurement, quality, logistics, and administrative teams
- Obtain customer approvals for scope changes, cost adjustments, and overtime requirements as needed
