This position demands a high level of organizational skill, attention to detail, and effective communication to ensure smooth, high-quality service in a high-energy, fast-paced theatrical environment. Candidates must be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrate flexibility and diplomacy in dealing with colleagues and guests.

The role is well-suited for individuals with prior experience managing food service operations in entertainment venues, preferably with cocktail bar supervision experience. Candidates should be well-versed in health, safety, food protection, and sanitation standards, possessing or able to obtain relevant certifications such as the NYC food protection certificate, TIPS, and Serve Safe Manager credentials. Fluency in English is required, and bilingual candidates are preferred. The ideal candidate will have proven success in leading diverse teams, maintaining high standards of hospitality, and delivering exceptional experiences to VIP clientele and theatregoers alike.

Joining ATG means becoming part of a collaborative, respectful, and driven company culture committed to inclusion, diversity, equity, and access (IDEA). ATG strives to create venues that are welcoming and inclusive, where every guest feels they belong.
