Job Requirements

  • experience as a front of house food service supervisor
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • ability to work in fast-paced, high demand environment
  • experience with VIP clientele preferred
  • ability to walk up and down stairs and stand for entire shift
  • ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs
  • knowledge of food and sanitation standards
  • NYC food protection certificate required or ability to obtain

Job Qualifications

  • experience as a food service supervisor in an entertainment venue
  • knowledge of food and sanitation standards
  • experience managing a restaurant or food and beverage operation
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • knowledge of TIPS and Serve Safe Manager certifications preferred
  • NYC food protection certificate or ability to obtain
  • bilingual skills a plus

Job Duties

  • lead and manage front-of-house food and beverage team
  • oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations
  • set up venue for daily service
  • hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff including bar leads, bartenders, servers, hosts, purchasers
  • manage inventory and purchasing processes
  • maintain budget and food and beverage sales
  • evaluate and improve food and beverage operations
  • oversee menu selection and promotional partnerships
  • manage VIP patron experiences and special events
  • ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • respond to customer needs during and after shows
