Job Requirements

  • at least 17 years old
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • strong verbal communication skills
  • proficient typing at 40+ words per minute
  • basic POS system knowledge
  • weekend availability required

Job Duties

  • greet and assist families in person and over the phone
  • register new customers, schedule lessons, process payments, and manage accounts
  • communicate clearly and help families choose the right lesson packages
  • listen with empathy and find creative solutions to meet families’ needs
  • interact with children and families in a lively, fast-paced environment
  • help maintain a clean and safe lobby by wiping down surfaces, keeping floors dry, and restocking supplies
  • work as part of a supportive team to reach registration and retention goals
