The Member Service Professional (MSP) role is a key customer-facing position within the American Express Centurion Lounge located at Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). As an MSP, you will serve as the face of American Express, acting as an ambassador for the brand by representing the company's commitment to delivering superior and personalized service to premium Card Members. This role is crucial in maintaining and elevating the Centurion Lounge experience, ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated.
MSPs work cohesively as a team in a fast-paced, dynamic lounge environment where attention to detail and proactive service are vital. The ideal candidate will have a passion for extraordinary customer service, equipped with the skills to provide travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle solutions tailored to individual Card Members' needs. As a trusted consultant, the MSP will not only address immediate needs but also enhance the Card Members' relationship with American Express by offering innovative and thoughtful assistance.

Job Requirements
- Employment eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers
- airline, lounge or travel industry experience including reservation experience
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- positive attitude and professionalism
- ability to handle fast-paced environment
- resourcefulness with internet and technology
- physical capability for light to moderate lifting
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers
- airline, lounge or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience

- Welcoming and providing access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
- being accountable and taking ownership of the customer’s experience from beginning to end
