The role available is for a Customer Engagement Representative based in Peraton's Linthicum, MD office, serving their Department of Defense (DoD) customer. This position entails working with a highly motivated, high-performing team focused on cybersecurity and national defense. This role is uniquely positioned at the forefront of cyber investigations, digital forensics, cyber threat analysis, and mission support. The Customer Engagement Representative will play a vital role in supporting national security efforts by utilizing technical expertise, analytical skills, and innovative problem-solving to address complex cybersecurity challenges.
As the primary operational liaison, this role facilitates engagement between Defense Industrial Base (DIB) partners and the DoD customer. The representative ensures these partners have access to the necessary information, resources, and training to enhance their cybersecurity posture. The individual must be highly organized, proactive, and possess strong communication and technical skills. Responsibilities include managing partner relationships effectively while driving outreach initiatives. Job Requirements
- Associates degree and 10+ years of experience or Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience or Master’s degree and 6+ years of experience or 3+ years with PhD, active Secret clearance, extensive experience in customer engagement or partner relationship management or related field, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, preferably Salesforce, experience creating marketing and outreach materials including infographics and social media content, strong technical troubleshooting skills, proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools, ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment, experience planning and facilitating events, both in-person and virtual

Job Duties
