We are currently seeking a Customer Concierge Lead to join our vibrant salon team. This position is tailored for a motivated and experienced individual who thrives on delivering outstanding customer service and sales support. As a Customer Concierge Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the client experience by focusing on membership sales, retail product sales, and maintaining a positive, efficient work environment. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, booking appointments both in person and over the phone, managing social media updates, and participating in group operations such as inventory maintenance. You will be instrumental in following up with recent clients to gather feedback, facilitate rebooking, and ensure the salon schedule remains optimized. This role demands someone with a passion for sales and customer service, comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment and working some weekends and evenings.
