The Customer Care Specialist role at Brook & Whittle is a full-time position focused on managing a portfolio of key customer accounts and acting as a primary liaison to ensure excellent service delivery across the organization. This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual with experience in customer-focused roles who possesses strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. The Customer Care Specialist will engage with customers through multiple communication channels including phone, email, webinars, and occasional site visits to build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the production process. They will coordinate with cross-functional departments such as Sales, Graphics, Manufacturing, Vendors, and Management to maintain clear communication of customer expectations and project timelines.
Key responsibilities include processing orders, confirming job details, facilitating customer meetings with internal teams, handling artwork preparation in coordination with the Art Department, and managing documentation and samples critical to manufacturing workflows. The role involves proactive tracking of orders, communicating any anticipated delays, and resolving issues related to shipments by coordinating with production, shipping, and warehouse teams. The Customer Care Specialist also handles customer complaints by working with the Quality Department to manage product returns and complaint resolutions. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining detailed customer profiles, account preferences, and associated documents to enhance service quality.
The position operates in a fast-paced office setting using standard equipment and requires some physical activity such as filing and the ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Demonstrated excellence in this role may lead to the opportunity for hybrid work arrangements. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without restrictions. The work schedule typically follows standard business hours from either 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- associate's degree strongly preferred
- minimum 2 years experience in printing, manufacturing or related business environment preferred
- 2 years experience managing client accounts and relationships preferred
- proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
- competent in Microsoft Office suite
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- detail-oriented and excellent planning and organizational skills
- critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude
- ability to comprehend and explain technical product and service information
Job Duties
