The Customer Care Representative at EPS Security plays a vital role within a collaborative, fast-paced, and experienced team working together to deliver outstanding service to customers. This role involves responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email, including handling complaints with patience and care. By utilizing retention tools effectively, the representative seeks to maintain and enhance customer relationships throughout the customer lifecycle. Understanding each phase of the customer journey enables this individual to assist customers at any point, ensuring their needs are met comprehensively.

The position requires collaboration with various departments to efficiently resolve customer concerns, ensuring a seamless experience. The Customer Care Representative is also expected to consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators, such as email processing and call handling goals, thereby contributing to the company's overall customer satisfaction targets. Additionally, the role includes performing administrative duties as assigned, supporting the broader team and operational objectives. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one (1) or more years’ experience in customer service
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion to help others
  • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work to meet required deadlines
  • Must be detail oriented and exhibit a high degree of accuracy
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer escalations

Job Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email including customer complaints
  • Utilizing retention tools to retain our customers
  • Understanding the customer journey to be able to assist at any point in the customer lifecycle
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
  • Meet or exceed KPI goals and objectives including email processing and call handling goals
  • Provides customers with a remarkable experience
