You will support the marketing and communication teams by updating brochures, presentations, marketing materials, and videos, promoting the company’s services effectively. Furthermore, general administrative and facility coordination tasks will be part of your duties, aiding the efficient operation of the workplace. Collaboration with project teams, customers, and leadership is crucial, and you will communicate regularly to keep everyone informed and aligned. Maintaining accurate schedules, documentation, and event details is also key to the success of this role.
