Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work a full-time schedule Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Willingness to undergo background screening and drug testing as required
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic understanding of hospitality and customer service principles
Job Duties
- Greet every customer and interact in a manner to ensure a high level of hospitality
- Greet all team members and ensure they have what they need to be successful each day
- Relay relevant concerns from customers to supervisors
- Ensure that all marketing, wellness, and culinary programs are current and in place
- Lead weekly promotions and programs for guests
- Share best practices and recognize co-workers
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explain them to customers
- Serve as an advocate of selling techniques to the customer by establishing good communication and assisting in the buying/decision-making process
- Ensure all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards
- Serve food neatly and attractively per standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
