Crothall Healthcare is currently hiring for a full-time Customer Ambassador position at The Hospitals of Providence East Campus located at 3280 Joe Battle Boulevard, El Paso, TX 79938. This position involves working Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and the company accepts applications only via online submission. The hourly pay rate for this role is $14.00. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a hospitality-driven environment and desire to make a positive impact on patients, visitors, and staff within a hospital setting. Although prior customer service experience is preferred, Crothall is willing to provide training to qualified candidates. As a Customer Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests warmly, interacting friendly with customers, and facilitating guest-facing marketing and wellness programs. Your responsibilities will include showcasing daily menu items with detailed knowledge, ensuring displays and food presentations meet company standards, and leading promotional events designed to enhance customer experience. Additionally, you will serve as a key communicator to relay customer concerns to supervisors, support team members to ensure their daily success, and share best practices across the team.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Willingness to undergo background screening and drug testing as required
  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties

  • Greet every customer and interact in a manner to ensure a high level of hospitality
  • Greet all team members and ensure they have what they need to be successful each day
  • Relay relevant concerns from customers to supervisors
  • Ensure that all marketing, wellness, and culinary programs are current and in place
  • Lead weekly promotions and programs for guests
  • Share best practices and recognize co-workers
  • Demonstrate a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explain them to customers
  • Serve as an advocate of selling techniques to the customer by establishing good communication and assisting in the buying/decision-making process
  • Ensure all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards
  • Serve food neatly and attractively per standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
