The Customer Account Specialist acts as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between clients and various internal departments. Responsibilities include investigating customer concerns, preparing repair quotes, communicating inspection findings, processing work orders, purchase orders, invoices, and managing pricing and delivery information within the company’s ERP system.
