Job Requirements
- Associate's degree preferred or equivalent education and experience
- minimum of three years of customer support/logistics experience
- manufacturing experience preferred
- proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- strong problem-solving skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work well with others and build partnerships
- self-motivated and flexible
- maintain highest ethical standards
- maintain confidentiality
- able to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer support
- apply processes related to customer orders/changes, price quotes, delivery time, invoicing, complaints, and adjustments
- process paperwork to verify customer credit and communicate with accounting teams
- validate pricing/discounts as assigned
- communicate with internal and external customers regarding order changes, status, colors, and shipping dates
- apply manufacturing practices to ensure inventory sufficiency
- work closely with team members to ensure timely and efficient communication
- utilize superior oral and written communication daily
- ensure deadlines are met to support customer and business needs
- apply customer focus to daily operations
- enter and maintain data integrity using company software
- maintain safety and attendance standards
- perform other duties as assigned
