Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree preferred or equivalent education and experience
  • minimum of three years of customer support/logistics experience
  • manufacturing experience preferred
  • proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to work well with others and build partnerships
  • self-motivated and flexible
  • maintain highest ethical standards
  • maintain confidentiality
  • able to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer support
  • apply processes related to customer orders/changes, price quotes, delivery time, invoicing, complaints, and adjustments
  • process paperwork to verify customer credit and communicate with accounting teams
  • validate pricing/discounts as assigned
  • communicate with internal and external customers regarding order changes, status, colors, and shipping dates
  • apply manufacturing practices to ensure inventory sufficiency
  • work closely with team members to ensure timely and efficient communication
  • utilize superior oral and written communication daily
  • ensure deadlines are met to support customer and business needs
  • apply customer focus to daily operations
  • enter and maintain data integrity using company software
  • maintain safety and attendance standards
  • perform other duties as assigned
