The role of Customer Account Representative within Aeroflow Health is situated specifically in the Urology department, located in their Arvada, Colorado office. As a Customer Account Representative, your main responsibility is to deliver outstanding customer service for new and current patients, supporting them throughout their healthcare journey. You will manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls each day, while updating patient accounts with critical information such as insurance coverage, medical supplies, and contact details. You will play an instrumental role in placing timely resupply orders for incontinence and catheter products to ensure patient comfort and care.
Additionally, you will research and navigate insurance reimbursement procedures and payer requirements, ensuring patients can access necessary medical supplies without delay. Troubleshooting equipment issues and suggesting product changes as needed will also be part of your daily responsibilities, showcasing your problem-solving skills and knowledge of the products offered.
