- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- one year of customer service experience preferred
- one year of call center experience preferred
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- excellent critical thinking skills
- excellent de-escalation skills
- excellent active listening skills
- ability to multitask by shifting between open applications while speaking with patients
- ability to type 40+ words per minute with accuracy

Job Duties
- handling a high-volume number of both incoming and outgoing phone calls daily
- updating account information such as product needs, insurance, contact information
- placing resupply orders for current patients that receive incontinence supplies and catheters
- researching insurance payer requirements and understanding reimbursement procedures
- troubleshooting equipment problems and offering product changes
- maintaining HIPAA/patient confidentiality
- complying with laws, regulations, and policies as a condition of employment
