Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree or at least 1-2 years of relevant industry experience
- able to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
- strong computer skills including Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Access Outlook and web browsers
- ability to sit for extended periods
- ability to hear telephone and enter data
- able to lift up to 10 pounds
- excellent communication skills
- well organized
- detail oriented
- knowledge of SAP
- awareness of regulations pertaining to products and customers
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant industry experience
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- experience with SAP and Salesforce.com
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- excellent customer service orientation
- well-organized and detail-oriented
- ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- knowledge of industry regulations such as FAR DFARS DEFCONS
- familiarity with demand planning tools
- ability to prepare reports and gather data
- experience in customer service for 2 or more years
Job Duties
- Receives reviews and enters purchase orders into ERP system
- prepares and delivers quotations
- responds to customer emails and phone calls to manage orders and enquiries
- coordinates site visits and customer meetings
- refers pricing queries to senior representatives and commercial teams
- tracks and reconciles customer scorecards
- gathers information from various departments to produce costing sheets
- uses SAP to identify parts and check lead times
- raises enquiries for out-of-production parts
- monitors and manages customer portals
- utilizes Salesforce/CRM and workflow tools to process orders
- resolves customer complaints including warranty and delivery disputes
- participates in daily accountability meetings
- collaborates with finance operations sales planning and procurement
- supports senior customer account representatives
