Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, generating quotes, responding to customer communications, coordinating site visits and meetings, and verifying pricing through collaboration with senior account representatives and commercial teams. An understanding of industry regulations, such as FAR and DFARS, is essential to ensure compliance and maintain trust with clients.
The CAR will work under the guidance of the Manager, Customer Accounts, supporting senior representatives within a dynamic, team-oriented structure. Attendance at daily accountability meetings and cross-department collaboration with finance, operations, sales, planning, and procurement units are key aspects of the role. This position not only demands technical proficiency in software and ERP systems but also an ability to empathize with customer needs and provide tailored solutions that uphold company values and operational goals.
Candidates are expected to have a bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in customer service, with familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Salesforce.com, and demand planning tools. Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree or at least 1-2 years of relevant industry experience
- able to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
- strong computer skills including Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Access Outlook and web browsers

Job Duties
- Receives reviews and enters purchase orders into ERP system
- prepares and delivers quotations
- responds to customer emails and phone calls to manage orders and enquiries

- tracks and reconciles customer scorecards
- gathers information from various departments to produce costing sheets
