Job Description
Dry Farm Wines is a globally recognized premier Artisan Wine company dedicated to curating the highest quality pure Artisan Wines sourced from small family growers around the world. The company is committed to maintaining strict standards ensuring that every wine offered meets organic farming practices, features lower alcohol levels, contains no added sugar, and possesses a delicious taste that appeals to wine enthusiasts and health-conscious consumers alike. Beyond selling wine, Dry Farm Wines aims to cultivate the healthiest, most beautiful, and most premium Rare Artisan Wine lifestyle, catering to an influential and affluent community that values health, taste, and artisan craftsmanship.
At Dry Farm Wines, the mission is fueled by a passion to create an exquisite Artisan Wine brand by delivering unparalleled quality in three key areas: curating the best tasting and healthiest wines, providing the most elegant and seamless ecommerce and service experience, and inspiring more wine drinkers to embrace the artisan, artful lifestyle associated with their products. This company embraces a culture of high expectations, mutual accountability, and shared prosperity, making it one of the most rewarding workplaces. Employees enjoy a distributed work model that supports freedom while fostering teamwork, a four-day workweek with limited after-hours communications, unlimited access to pure Organic Artisan Wines, generous retirement and profit-sharing plans, paid gym stipends, ample paid time off, and opportunities to grow along with the rapidly expanding company.
Dry Farm Wines fosters a vibrant culture emphasizing admiration, excellence, innovation, group flow, and self-directed responsibility. The company values creative expression, well-being, and winning together as core ingredients that keep its team healthy and united. Flexible work schedules are designed to encourage focus, rest, and creativity, with specific policies such as no meetings on Mondays to allow for creative flow time and limited communications after business hours to maintain work-life balance.
The role of Custom Experience Concierge at Dry Farm Wines is vital to their commitment to exceptional customer service. Candidates for this position must bring experience in the wine industry, preferably natural wine, along with a passion for delivering white glove hospitality and personalized, elevated service. This role involves curating unique wine experiences tailored to individual customer tastes and preferences, driving innovation in customer engagement, and maintaining close relationships with a discerning clientele. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, curating wine selections and memberships, providing expert recommendations, nurturing long-term relationships, and embodying the company’s commitment to a premium experience.
Ideal candidates will have at least four years in customer-facing roles, three years in luxury hospitality, and solid wine knowledge including major wine regions, grape varieties, and styles. Strong communication skills, the ability to handle high-touch personalized service, and familiarity with wine recommendations, pairings, and cellar selection conversations are essential. Preferred credentials include certifications like WSET, CSW, or Introductory Sommelier, but they are not mandatory.
In this role, candidates must demonstrate passion, empathy, problem-solving skills, exceptional communication, organization, calmness under pressure, and a love for wine and health advocacy. The company’s rigorous recruitment involves a thorough and multi-step interview process that includes reviewing questionnaires, video interviews, group calls, project reviews, social meets, and in-person or virtual working interviews, ensuring a great fit for both parties.
Dry Farm Wines delivers an opportunity not only to join a unique and thriving company but to become part of a passionate community that cherishes health, artisan values, innovation, and impeccable customer care in the wine industry. Joining this team means embracing a lifestyle filled with creativity, connection, and the pursuit of excellence in everything they do.
