The Housekeeper role at Glacier Hills is a full-time position during the day shift, usually scheduled from 6am to 2pm or 7am to 3pm, designed to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall hygiene of the community’s facilities. Housekeepers play an essential role in ensuring that every area of the community is maintained to the highest standards, which positively impacts the residents' quality of life and their satisfaction with their living environment. This position demands a meticulous, reliable individual who understands the importance of infection control, safety protocols, and attention to detail, particularly in a healthcare and senior living setting. Employees in this role will be responsible for various cleaning tasks, including sweeping, dusting, mopping, polishing, floor care, and the thorough cleaning of resident rooms before admission or after discharge. The role also requires maintaining adequate supply levels and proper equipment care.
