Job Requirements
- Successfully pass a background check, fingerprinting, and a 10-panel drug screen
- Able to operate mechanical equipment (i.e. vacuums, scrubbers, strippers, etc.)
- Able to use reasoning and judgment
- Able to apply math skills to various custodial tasks (i.e. how much cleaning solution needed for area being cleaned)
- Able to communicate in writing effectively
- Able to stand, walk, bend twist, knell at various times through the entire shift
- Able to lift and move, up to 40 pounds
- Authorized to work in the US - We use Everify
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience is a plus
- Ability to operate mechanical cleaning equipment such as vacuums, scrubbers, and strippers
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Basic math skills for measuring cleaning solutions and supplies
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and kneel through the entire shift
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
Job Duties
- Provide excellent service to our clients in the form of comprehensive, detailed cleaning and a friendly demeanor
- Clean floors using various methods and equipment
- Clean and sanitize touch points and surfaces
- Restock and clean restrooms
- Inform supervisor when inventory is low
- Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor
