Custodian / Janitorial (Meat Processing Company) - 2nd Shift

We are currently seeking a diligent Janitor / Sanitation Associate to join our team for the 2nd shift, starting at 12 pm. This role is vital in ensuring our facility remains clean, safe, and inviting, which directly supports our production goals and workplace safety. The successful candidate will engage in various cleaning and custodial tasks throughout the plant, including restrooms, breakrooms, office spaces, and warehouse areas. Working primarily Monday through Saturday, this role requires a candidate who is dependable and capable of performing physically demanding tasks in diverse conditions, including cold/freezer environments and areas where raw meat products are present. The ideal associate will have recent experience in janitorial duties or cleaning/housekeeping roles, demonstrating an ability to use commercial cleaning equipment effectively and safely. Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, offices, breakrooms, and all common areas, along with handling trash removal, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and replenishing supplies. Additionally, the role may involve supporting special cleaning projects or executing deep cleaning schedules to ensure all facility areas meet the highest standards.
