Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to perform multiple physical tasks including lifting and moving materials
- Availability to work Monday to Friday with occasional weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning and maintenance duties

Job Duties
- Regularly clean and maintain supplies in public areas and offices
- Maintain conference and meeting rooms in Charter House
- Take ownership of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and orderliness
- Assist with catering and event set-ups
- Prioritize work tasks based on schedules and department needs
- Perform lifting, distributing material, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and upholstery and carpet cleaning
- Provide evening shift facilities services coverage during emergencies such as fires or severe weather
- Manage furniture and equipment moves
- Handle additional department tasks as needed
