Job Requirements
- Ability to climb ladders to reach high places
- Ability to move heavy furniture
- Ability to lift heavy boxes (50 - 75 pounds)
- Ability to operate heavy cleaning equipment
- Ability to mop extensive areas
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Availability for Sunday to Thursday night shift (11:00 pm - 7:30 am)
Job Qualifications
- Prior related job experience (1 - 2 years)
- Training or experience in the use of cleaning equipment and job functions
- Possess organizational skills
- Ability to work well with others
Job Duties
- Clean classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas according to schedules
- Mop, strip, and finish floors
- Clean areas requiring the use of ladders, including replacing ceiling light bulbs
- Operate heavy cleaning equipment safely
- Perform rodent and pest control duties
- Move furniture or classroom building materials as needed
