Nicholas Air is currently seeking a dedicated Facility Custodian to join their team, a role that is vital to maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of their Member Terminal, office areas, kitchen spaces, restrooms, and other facility buildings. Working hours for this position are from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM, enabling the custodian to prepare and maintain the facility before main operational hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the facilities meet high customer satisfaction standards through meticulous cleaning, regular maintenance, and supply management. The custodian will actively contribute to a safe working environment by adhering to company policies and safety protocols, promptly identifying and reporting potential hazards, and completing minor repairs as needed.

This role requires a self-motivated individual who embraces Nicholas Air’s mission, vision, and core values, including continuous learning and adaptability to change. The custodian will operate under limited supervision, which means strong initiative and organizational skills are essential. Beyond routine custodial tasks, the role also involves organizing custodial closets and providing support for special functions through furniture setup and equipment arrangement.
