Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting bending walking and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic reliability and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of all common areas including hallways lobbies restrooms and dining areas
- Perform daily groundskeeping tasks such as trash pickup sweeping clearing sidewalks and maintaining exterior spaces
- Take out garbage and manage waste disposal around the property including dumpsters and compactor areas
- Assist with general operational tasks including moving equipment directing traffic and helping with on-mountain logistics
- Support maintenance staff with light repairs unit turnover and other facility needs as directed
- Monitor property conditions and promptly report any maintenance or safety issues to a supervisor
- Ensure proper use care and storage of cleaning supplies tools and equipment
