As part of an international movement, The Salvation Army operates as an evangelical segment of the universal Christian church, driven by the teachings of the Bible and motivated by the love of God. Their mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and meet human needs in His name without discrimination. This organization has a long-standing reputation for compassion, support, and practical assistance to those facing hardship, and it relies heavily on committed staff and volunteers to maintain its impactful presence within the community. The Custodian must keep maintenance storage areas clean and organized, complete inventories of maintenance equipment and furniture, and prepare rooms for various Corps programs and events.

The Custodian is expected to contribute to a positive work atmosphere through respectful behavior, courteous communication, and conflict resolution to uphold good relationships with clients, visitors, coworkers, and supervisors.
