This custodial role requires an individual who can effectively manage janitorial and cleaning functions within the facility and its grounds. The custodian is responsible for snow removal during winter months, proper receipt and storage of deliveries, maintaining inventory of janitorial supplies, and providing support for special projects and events. Because the building serves vulnerable populations, safety, respect, and thoroughness are paramount. Additionally, custodians are expected to respond promptly to building operations or safety concerns and perform any related duties as assigned.
