- At least one year of experience in cleaning, custodial, or building maintenance work
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to pass pre-employment fingerprinting and background check

- Experience performing minor building repairs or maintenance
- Experience working in a school or institutional setting
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas according to established schedules
- Perform routine floor care, restroom sanitation, and waste removal
- Monitor and maintain building systems, lighting, and basic facility needs
- Identify and report safety hazards and assist with minor repairs
- Support campus operations, events, and emergency needs as required
